AFC Asset Management Services, Inc.’s (AFC) primary goal is to protect your privacy.

Types of Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect

To conduct regular business, AFC may collect nonpublic personal information about you, which you provide to us on applications or other forms. AFC may also collect personal information about you from other sources with your specific authorization. This information enables us to advise you. However, AFC does not share or disclose any nonpublic personal information about its prospects, current customers or former customers, except as permitted by law. All information is kept confidential.

Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

It is and has always been the policy of the firm to never disclose any information about our clients and prospects without the express authorization of the client or prospect except in the limited circumstances in which we are required to by law. This is true even in the case of the clients and prospects who are deceased.

AFC will internally safeguard your nonpublic personal information by restricting access to only those employees who provide products and services to you or those who need access to information to service your account. Every effort is made to limit the information which may be disclosed. In addition, we will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet federal and/or state standards to guard your nonpublic information.

Protecting the Confidentiality and Security of Current and Former Clients’ Information

We retain information about our clients and prospects so that we are able to provide services in an efficient and cost effective manner and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines and NASD requirements. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain procedural safeguards that comply with the professional standards.

Opt Out Provision

The Federal Trade Commission regulations require this notice to include a provision for you to request that this firm not release your nonpublic personal information. Because this firm does not disclose any client or prospect information such a request is unnecessary. However, in the interests of satisfying the regulations, we must advise you that you have the right to direct that we not disclose the nonpublic personal information we have obtained about you.
